If you need to cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances, the following terms apply:
- More than 12 weeks before the workshop: 30% of the registration fee is non-refundable and non transferable. The remaining 70% may be transferred to an alternative workshop taking place within 12 months of the original workshop date.
- Within 12 weeks of the workshop: The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any transfer is subject to availability on the alternative workshop.
If a course has to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (force materiel, act of war, war, labour strike, pandemic) and beyond the reasonable control of the tutor, all credit can be used for a future course.
Should your course be cancelled by the tutor, your course payment will be refunded in full.
Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover you for cancellation.
