Transylvania, June 28 th to July 4 th, 2020

Copşa Mare, Transylvania

The de Candole family hold master classes at home in Copşa Mare. I will be giving a master class there focusing on the wild flowers of summer meadows, in Summer 2020.

Classes are limited to just 5 students. We will spend a week working on live material we find in the hills. Periods of intensive study are balanced with plenty of fresh air, exercise & local food.

Lunch prepared by the De Candole family

During your stay, you may study the Transylvania Florilegium, with over 100 illustrations of local plants drawn by 35 artists, each accompanied by John Akeroyd’s text giving scientific details.

Places are limited to just five students in each class. To be sure of yours, please book in good time!
